The questions we're asked most about choosing courses and getting started
How do I book a free trial lesson?
Fill in the booking form on this page, or call our course advisors directly. Based on the student's year and subject, we'll assign a suitable tutor for a 30-minute free placement assessment and trial lesson.
Are lessons online or in person?
Both. In-person one-on-one tutoring is available around Sydney; elsewhere we use an interactive online classroom with a live whiteboard and session recordings for revision.
Can I change tutors if it's not the right fit?
Yes. Student–tutor fit matters to us. If the teaching style doesn't suit you after the first two lessons, contact us any time to request a change, and remaining lessons are adjusted pro rata.
Will you write my university assignments for me?
No — and we never provide ghost-writing of any kind. We only offer idea prompts, structural guidance and help with academic-writing conventions; the final work must be the student's own. Contract cheating is illegal in Australia (TEQSA Act s114A) and carries serious consequences for students too.
Which HSC subjects do you cover?
Currently mainly Mathematics (Advanced / Extension 1 / Extension 2), English (Advanced / Standard / EAL-D), Physics, Chemistry and Economics. For other subjects, ask our advisors whether a suitable tutor is available.
Which university disciplines do you cover?
Mainly the foundation units across Business, Engineering, Science and IT at NSW universities — the core first- and second-year subjects, including re-takes and final-exam intensives.
How is pricing worked out?
Fees depend on year level, subject difficulty and package length. Our pricing is transparent with no hidden costs; after an initial consultation, your advisor provides a full price list.
